After a whirlwind of events and the grace of God, February 25, 2025, Title Links was established. The name Title Links was chosen because we would love to ‘link’ all of your real estate needs, notary needs, document prep needs, etc.
Our team is made up of over 70 years of combined experience. We strive for top notch communication skills, excellent customer service skills, wide coverage areas in South Mississippi, and quick turnaround times.
Our goal is to make sure each, and every person feels at home while dealing with Title Links.

I am a native of Lamar County, Mississippi. I started my working career at Magnolia Federal Bank in downtown Hattiesburg in 1993, which was later known as Magna Mortgage, where I worked as a Correspondent Mortgage Loan Closer. Over the years, I have gained over 30 years of combined experience as a Real Estate Title Abstractor, a Realtor
I am a native of Lamar County, Mississippi. I started my working career at Magnolia Federal Bank in downtown Hattiesburg in 1993, which was later known as Magna Mortgage, where I worked as a Correspondent Mortgage Loan Closer. Over the years, I have gained over 30 years of combined experience as a Real Estate Title Abstractor, a Realtor, and a Paralegal. I have worked freelance for more than 20 years and have completed work for attorneys, mortgage companies, foreclosure companies, pipeline companies, and financial institutions, as well as individuals across Alabama and Mississippi. I proudly serve as the Lamar County District 3 Election Commissioner, the Secretary of the Lamar County Historical Society, and on the Board of the Purvis Street Festival Committee in Purvis, Mississippi.

Kayla was born and raised in Louisiana and made her way to Mississippi in 2013. From 2011 to 2023, Kayla worked at Regions Bank as a Senior Financial Relationship Consultant. Kayla assisted her customers with everyday banking needs, building credit, and much more. In April 2023, Kayla transferred to Regions Mortgage and assisted customers

Kayla assisted her customers with everyday banking needs, building credit, and much more. In April 2023, Kayla transferred to Regions Mortgage and assisted customers with escalated concerns regarding their mortgages. In October 2024, Kayla was presented an opportunity to take on the title industry. Since then, her knowledge in title searches, property closings, etc. has grown into her new passion. She is eagerly excited to assist in any title needs you may have!

Originally from Pennsylvania, Mr. Jim made his way to Hattiesburg, MS in early 1980. Mr. Jim is well versed and experienced in Bankruptcy and Debt, Commercial, and Real Estate practices for more than 43 years. Mr. Jim is eager to be of counsel and assist in any way possible with Title Links and the success of the business.
